Firstly, I am so excited and flattered to be chosen to be Kiana’s Fit Mom of the Month. As a girl, I cannot forget being absolutely mesmerized by Kiana’s presence on ESPN’s Flex Appeal. At the time, I had never seen a woman with such muscularity, strength and confidence speak with such intelligence and poise.
