Opposing Muscle Groups Workout

Here is your weekly workout! It's an Opposing Muscle Groups workout routine that I've led for years on Kiana's Flex Appeal. Do 10-15 reps. of each exercise, proper form, move from one exercise immediately to the next...

Exercises:

Full body dips
Pull ups

Incline dumbbell chest press
Bent over barbell rows

Cable chest flys
Seated rows
