Every Fit Parent knows that active kids are fit kids. But sometimes, I don't have the time to take them to the beach or park. So when my 1st daughter turned 3, I put in a beautiful wood swing sets and outdoor play area in for her to enjoy. Now, she and her little sister play together. This way, I could be at home working, doing stuff around the house while they played outside (aka no TV or video games-Love it!)
